2020 Women to Watch Virtual Awards & Leadership Conference

The Business Insurance Women to Watch Awards is the only recognition program that celebrates leading women from every facet of the commercial insurance industry including, risk management and related fields, such as consulting and law. Honorees are recognized for their accomplishments, expertise, leadership and future prospects. Since its start as a recognition program in 2006, it has grown into an educational program aimed at the advancement of women in commercial insurance, risk management and related fields. A professional development and networking conference was added to the Business Insurance Women to Watch recognition program in 2011 to address the advantages of achieving greater gender diversity in leadership roles.

Now in its 15th year, the Women to Watch Awards and the associated professional development conference is one of the premier industry events honoring the achievements of female executives. Honorees are recognized for their accomplishments, expertise, leadership and future prospects.

Winners will be recognized at two virtual events, which will include professional development programming for honorees and others interested in the issue of gender diversity in the insurance sector.

Women to Watch from Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) will be recognized at a virtual event on November 13 and Women to Watch from North America and the rest of the world will be recognized at the virtual event on December 13.

Winners for both programs will be announced on businessinsurance.com in October and profiled in the December 2020 issue of Business Insurance.

Both the professional development conferences and awards programs are open to all members of the insurance and risk management industries, including past honorees, colleagues, family and friends.
