William Jones is a Client Liaison Manager for the Lloyd’s and London Market, based within the Global Client Development team.

William joined Crawford in June 2013 and has held a number of roles within the business, starting initially as a graduate trainee adjuster in the Major & Complex Loss team focused on property assignments. In August 2015, William transferred to the Global Client Development team where his focus included delivery of key strategic projects, bid management and account management.

In November 2018, William was appointed as the Client Liaison Manager for the Lloyd’s and London Market – focused on managing and growing Crawford & Company’s relationships with key stakeholders in this distinct marketplace. William acts a single point of entry for this market into the global Crawford organisation for enquiries about Crawford’s solutions.
