Having started her insurance career immediately after graduating from Columbia University in New York with her Economics degree in 2001, Kirsten went on to obtain her Juris Doctor in 2005, before beginning work as an insurance litigation attorney.

After deciding to leave the law practice, Kirsten achieved the position of AVP, Global Client Executive at Marsh USA, Inc. During this time she also earned her Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University. After leaving Marsh, Kirsten started at ESIS as the AVP of Global Claims. This position saw her manage a large portfolio, lead a team of professionals worldwide, and design global claims initiatives for the ACE Insurance TPA division.

Most recently, Kirsten joined Crawford in 2014 as Vice President of Business Development, within their Global Markets division before being asked to take up the exciting position as Managing Director of Broadspire UK, Crawford’s TPA Solution in June 2018. In this role, she manages an operation of over 150 employees and a £10M operational P&L.

Kirsten was honoured to receive the W2W award in 2018 and currently sits as the Vice-Chair for the W2W Board foundation.

Kirsten resides in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire with her husband Matt, their 3 daughters, Joey (12), Charlie (9) and Frankie (8) and their son Brady (5).
