Sherayne Scott entered the insurance industry through an internship with AIG. She then joined the graduate programme in the Internal Audit function, providing assurance in areas such as investments, operations and line of businesses operating in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Sherayne has also been a Project Manager at AIG on projects pivotal to business transformation change. Responsibilities included the development of project scope and objectives whilst providing support on deliverables. She has a degree in Law, a Masters in International Business, an international diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance and is a professional member (MICA) of the ICA. Sherayne also sits on the steering committee of the Afro-Caribbean Insurance Network (ACIN) and is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion within the insurance market, whilst uplifting those from underrepresented backgrounds.
